Unless it is a Pre-Order Item, Your So Fetch Products will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you make your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your COD order within 5-7 working days and Prepaid Orders within 3-4 working days. 

If you need your order urgently, contact us and ask for Express Shipping for an additional cost of INR 250. Express Shipping packages are delivered within 72 hours.

Care for your Watch - 

Our quartz movement watches are powered by a battery and typically run for about 2 years. After this period, simply visit a local watch or jewellery repair shop to have the battery replaced. This is a routine process for all quartz movement watches.

Water Resistant - 

The watch is considered water resistant - not waterproof. We do not advise wearing it underwater.
