Will my So Fetch order be shipped for free?
Yes, there is free shipping on all orders.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Once shipped:
- Prepaid orders: Delivered within 2–4 working days
- COD orders: Delivered within 5–7 working days
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you need your order urgently, you can opt for Express Shipping (₹350) - this ensures delivery within 72 hours.
While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, timelines may occasionally vary due to external factors.
What if my product is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video.
While shipping is handled by third-party partners, we will always step in to help resolve the issue and make it right for you.
I entered incorrect details - what should I do?
