Please store your So Fetch Jewels in a Cool and Dry place, sealed in the ziplock package provided to you to maximise the shelf life of the gold plating. Keep away from any moisture. Take your jewellery off while jumping into the shower, or before going to bed, and it should be perfect for a very long time!

In case of any discolouration in jewellery, we will accommodate an exchange for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Unless it is a Pre-Order Item, Your So Fetch Products will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you make your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your COD order within 5-7 working days and Prepaid Orders within 3-4 working days.
