1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

We're bummed that you want to return your product, but we love you anyway, so we offer free return shipping for all orders within India!

2. CAN I EXCHANGE MY SO FETCH ORDER?

The best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item that you want - and then return the item you already have. 

3. CAN SALE PURCHASES BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED?

Unfortunately, we can't exchange or return items that are bought on sale.  

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Waiting for your refund can suck, but believe us when we say we're working on it!

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your bank account in case of COD or to your original payment method if you paid online.  

A typical refund can take up to 21 days; that's 14 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.

5. WHAT IF I FORGET TO RETURN MY ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are over 14 days.

We try to serve all our customers in a fair and equal manner, and reselling a product that has been with you for over 14 days to someone else just feels a bit...second hand.
